Rick Schafer is the owner and operator of the business. Many of you who have lived in the local area for a few years would recognise our company name, Wrest Point Realty Pty Ltd, which was established in the Browns Plains area over 30 years ago. Rick’s father, Kal Schafer started the company and operated from a display home next door or our current premises. He was the first and only Real Estate Agent in the area for many years. Rick purchased Ray White Browns Plains in 1997 and amalgamated the two offices under the Ray White banner. Ray White is currently the leader in marketing and auctioning property and we are very proud to be part of this successful and well respected real estate network.

Niki started her real estate career in 2000 by completing a Real Estate Traineeship. Since completion Niki has worked through the real estate industry with a primary focus on property management. Niki has many years of experience in all assets of property management and she oversees the property management division. Niki and her team regularly attend seminars and training to keep up to date with the ever changing market place. She believes that property management requires proper planning and administration by well trained staff and has a commitment to delivering complete customer service.
